Job Purpose
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is the senior-most employee of the Uganda Medical Association (U.M.A) Secretariat and provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and a link between the National Executive Committee (NEC) and the Secretariat. The CEO is responsible for strengthening the Secretariat, mobilizing resources, overseeing investments and joint ventures, and advancing U.M.A’s vision, mission and strategic objectives.
